Return And Refund Policy

Every item is made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we only accept return, refund, or exchange requests for the following reasons:

  • The item is misprinted

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. For size selection, please refer to the size chart provided on each product page and place your order accordingly.

Return And Refund/Exchange Process:

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

However, if you are not satisfied with a replacement, we will issue a full refund instead.

To initiate the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 10 days of delivery regarding the issue.

  2. Submit the following for verification:

    • Clear images or videos showing the defect, damage, or misprint in full view.

    • An image of the UID label (barcode sticker) attached to the product.

    • An image of the original packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.

    • The product must be returned in its original conditionunused, unwashed, and unworn.

Once your claim is verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.


Important Notes

  • Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims submitted after 10 days will not be accepted.

  • Returns, replacements, and refunds are only applicable for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
